Webex Teams

You can configure GitLab to send notifications to a Webex Teams space:

1. Create a webhook for the space.
2. Add the webhook to GitLab.

Create a webhook for the space

1. Go to the Incoming Webhooks app page.
2. Select Connect, and sign in to Webex Teams if required.
3. Enter a name for the webhook and select the space to receive the notifications.
4. Select ADD.
5. Copy the Webhook URL.

Configure settings in GitLab

Prerequisites:

• Administrator access to turn on the integration for an instance.
• The Owner role to turn on the integration for a group.
• The Maintainer or Owner role to turn on the integration for a project.

After you have a webhook URL for your Webex Teams space, you can configure GitLab to send notifications:

1. To turn on the integration:
   • For your group or project:
     1. In the top bar, select Search or go to and find your project or group.
     2. Select Settings > Integrations.
   • For your instance:
     1. In the upper-right corner, select Admin.
     2. Select Settings > Integrations.
2. Select the Webex Teams integration.
3. Under Enable integration, select the Active checkbox.
4. Select the checkboxes corresponding to the GitLab events you want to receive in Webex Teams.
5. Paste the Webhook URL for the Webex Teams space.
6. Optional. Select Test settings.
7. Select Save changes.

The Webex Teams space begins to receive all applicable GitLab events.
