Follow a user

Follow a given user account. 

POST /users/:id/follow

Supported attributes:

Unfollow a user

Unfollow a given user account. 

POST /users/:id/unfollow

List all accounts that follow a user

Lists all users accounts that follow a given user. 

GET /users/:id/followers
