Create a new snippet.
glab snippet create [flags] -t <title> <file1> [<file2>...]
glab snippet create [flags] -t <title> -f <filename> # reads from stdinAliases

Options
-d, --description string Description of the snippet.
-f, --filename string Filename of the snippet in GitLab.
-p, --personal Create a personal snippet.
-t, --title string (required) Title of the snippet.
-v, --visibility string Limit by visibility: 'public', 'internal', or 'private' (default "private")Options inherited from parent commands
-h, --help Show help for this command.
-R, --repo OWNER/REPO Select another repository. Can use either OWNER/REPO or `GROUP/NAMESPACE/REPO` format. Also accepts full URL or Git URL.
